Evidence shows Facebook refused to play ball with Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe.

New documents have been released in a 3 billion dollar lawsuit accusing some big Internet companies of colluding to suppress wages and avoid poaching workers from each other's companies.

The documents detail one dispute involving Google and Apple. Steve Jobs of Apple allegedly told Google that if it hired away any of his talent, it would mean "war."

The COO of Facebook allegedly refused to go along with the collusion. The trial is set to begin next month.

Lawyers for the defense are trying to have some evidence banned they say is character assassination against Steve Jobs.
