SoCal Wildfire Victims May Get State Help With Food

People who were affected by wildfires in L.A. and San Diego counties could get some free food.  The California Department of Social Services announced today that the assistance would come through the state's Disaster CalFresh food program.

An eligible family of four could get up to $640 in food assistance.  The window to apply for the aid ends on Friday.
