Kylie Jenner Stalker Committed to Mental Health Facility

SANTA ANA (CNS) - A 27-year-old Anaheim man who is charged with killing two transients and is also suspected of killing a cellmate was committed today to a mental health facility. An Orange County Superior Court judge found Marvin Magallanes incapable of assisting his lawyers and suspended criminal proceedings until such time that he can assist in his defense.

Magallanes is facing two counts of murder, with a special circumstance allegation of multiple murders, in the stabbing deaths of 52-year-old Onosai Tavita and 49-year-old Sabah Alsaad in Anaheim. Tavita was killed on Oct. 27, 2016, and Alsaad was slain on Jan. 27, 2017.

Magallanes was also charged with fighting with an Orange County sheriff's deputy while in custody on June 4, 2017, and he is suspected of killing fellow inmate Danny Pham, who was found dead in his cell on July 3, 2017.

Before being charged with the murders, Magallanes pleaded guilty to attempting to drive a car through the security gate at the Los Angeles area home of television personality Kylie Jenner.
