Dodgers Foundation Begins Pull Up Neighbor Tour

COMPTON (CNS) - The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation began its 10-stop Pull Up Neighbor Tour providing continued support to communities of color with a distribution in Compton.

On Saturday, the foundation provided food boxes, hygiene essentials, water, books, Dodger items and face masks during a drive-through distribution at Gonzales Park.

The tour will continue through June. The other stops will be in the San Fernando Valley, Long Beach, Southeast Los Angeles, Watts, the Inland Empire, Wilmington, South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles and Inglewood.

The tour was funded by a $50,000 grant from the foundation to Pull Up Neighbor, a Black-led community response nonprofit organization, focused on the health and well-being of minorities and vulnerable communities.
