Woman Alleges Franken Inappropriately Touched Her While in Office

INJOA second woman has come forward on Monday alleging Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) inappropriately touched her by grabbing her buttocks during a photo op in 2010.

The allegation marks the first time Franken has been accused of improper touching while he was in office.

Lindsay Menz tells CNN that while taking a photo with the senator at the Minnesota State Fair, Franken “pulled me in really close, like awkward close, and as my husband took the picture, he put his hand full-fledged on my rear.”

“It was wrapped tightly around my butt cheek,” Menz said. “It wasn't around my waist. It wasn't around my hip or side. It was definitely on my butt.”

Menz added that the act lasted three or four seconds. “I was like, oh my God, what's happening.”

Following the photo, Menz said she walked away and told her husband what had happened. “He totally grabbed my butt.”
