BURBANK (CNS) - An 85-year-old Burbank man involved in a car crash died in a hospital hours later, authorities said today.

Allan Roy Levine was seriously injured shortly before 4 p.m. Friday in a two-vehicle collision near San Fernando Boulevard and Floyd Street, according to Burbank police Lt. Derek Green.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured and remained at the scene, Green said.

The cause of the crash was under investigation, but it did not appear drugs or alcohol were a factor, he said.

Anyone with information was asked to call the Traffic Bureau at 818-238-3100.
