Attack someone with a baseball in Texas, what do you think is going to happen.
Houston police says the bouncer kicked the man out of the club off Gessner near Harwin in Southwest Houston at around 2am on Sunday morning.
Investigator say the man then went to his car, grabbed a wooden baseball bat and confronted the bouncer who was hit in the head.
The bouncer then drew his firearm and shot the suspect.
“Both men were taken to the hospital for treatment when police arrived. Investigators said the security guard received stiches and the shooting victim is expected to survive his injuries.”
HPD says the man who hit the bouncer with bat will likely be charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon."
